Parish Survey

We want to know how you think our parish is doing in four areas: Sacramental Life; Evangelization, Catechesis, and Catholic Schools; Community Life; and Stewardship and Leadership. We are asking everyone in the parish above the age of reason (First Communion age) to complete a survey, the results of which will affect the future of our parish. Your opinion is important to us and we want to hear from you. Please help us evaluate our Parish Ministries by completing all questions of the survey (optional question are, of course, optional) by February 28, 2016.

This survey has been sent by email to those who provided an email address, or who already had one in the parish records. If you responded to the emailed survey, please do not complete this one, as they are the same.

If you prefer to take the survey on paper, you can complete the survey that is being mailed to you, or pick up a copy of the paper survey at the doors of both churches. However, we are asking you to use the online version of the survey if at all possible, as it will save the small core team hours of work tabulating the results! Thank you!
