We want to know how you think our parish is doing in four areas: Sacramental Life; Evangelization, Catechesis, and Catholic Schools; Community Life; and Stewardship and Leadership. We will be asking for your input in response to a survey, which you can take online or fill out on paper and return to us. The results of the parish evaluation will affect the future of the parish! Your opinion is important to us and we want to hear from you.

We need your email address

In order to send you the online survey, we need your email address. And to make sure we hear from everyone above the age of reason, please have everyone in your family who has an email address enter it.

No email access? Don’t worry, we will have a paper version of the survey available for you in the near future. However, using the email method saves our small committee a tremendous amount of work tabulating the results, so please, if you have an email address, please register today, using the link above.

Parish Survey

We want to know how you think our parish is doing in four areas: Sacramental Life; Evangelization, Catechesis, and Catholic Schools; Community Life; and Stewardship and Leadership. We are asking everyone in the parish above the age of reason (First Communion age) to complete a survey, the results of which will affect the future of our parish. Your opinion is important to us and we want to hear from you. Please help us evaluate our Parish Ministries by completing all questions of the survey (optional question are, of course, optional).

Note: If you received a link to the survey by email, and have already completed it, or if you have completed the survey on the Parish Survey page, please do not take this survey. It is the same one.

If you prefer to take the survey on paper, you can complete the survey that is being mailed to you, or pick up a copy of the paper survey at the doors of both churches. However, we are asking you to use the online version of the survey if at all possible, as it will save the small core team hours of work tabulating the results! Thank you!
