Best Way For Students To Enter Virtual Class Meeting

1 Start by clicking into mail.google.com

2 Log in with your new OLS-SA account.
Sample [email protected] password olssa2020

3 Take care of any email as required in your account.

4 Click the 'Waffle' (the grid of nine small grey boxes that you find in the top right corner of your browser ) and select Classroom.

5 Click 2WA for Mrs Grice or 2SAB For Ms Day and Mrs S classrooms

6 When arriving at the Stream page of your classroom, click on the Meet link.
It will look something like

https://meet.google.com/lookup/enf5uyzzyeej

7 When reaching the Meet Entry Page, click JOIN

Religious Education Student accounts
• Students are issued accounts similar to
[email protected] (where the "re" is for religious education, 
followed by the first initial of the first name and full last name.)
If there are spaces or punctuation in the name, it is omitted. 
 All passwords are set to olssa2020.
