The picnic was a great time to continue our parish feast day with fellowship, fun, and great food! That the weather cooperated was a blessing! Cherubs is our early childhood religious education program for three-, four-, and five-year-olds. Sessions are held on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30 from October to May. During Cherubs classes, the children are introduced to Scripture stories, songs, prayers, and practices, as well as fun-filled, faith-filled crafts and activities. The month of October is dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary. The liturgical feast of Our Lady of the Rosary is celebrated annually on October 7. During the month of October, let us consider this beautiful prayer of the Rosary as a means that we too can use in order to draw closer to Jesus and Mary by meditating on the great mysteries of our salvation.
