Do you know anyone who has left the Church or simply stopped attending Mass?

Bishop David O’Connell would like to know the reasons why some people have separated

themselves from regular attendance at Sunday Mass and participation in parish activities.

In order to obtain these reasons, the Diocese of Trenton has engaged the Center for the Study of

Church Management at Villanova University to conduct an “Exit Interview” survey.

This project seeks to open a line of communication with those who have separated themselves from

parish life. Along with the reasons they offer for their withdrawal, it seeks their suggestions for

improvement in parish ministry.

Villanova University will carefully analyze the results and prepare a report for the Diocesan administration

and its parishes. Parishes will utilize the results to more effectively minister to the faithful.

The survey is brief. It will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. It is completely confidential.
